"Turbinist" sport complex was commissioned in 1976.

At present the sport complex is one of the best ones among sport structures of the Kharkov industrial enterprise.    

Physical training team takes the leading positions in sports and athletics meetings of the Kharkov regional trade union committee of machine building and metal-working workers, the Kharkov regional physical training and sport society of “Ukraine”.

The annual sport parade-contest has become for a long time now as traditional among shops and departments of “Turboatom” OJSC.

During the years of its activity the team has trained quite a lot of sportsmen who are not only the pride of “Turboatom” OJSC but Kharkov region, Ukraine.

Time and again the alumni of rock-climbing, badminton, basketball became winners and prize-winners of world, European and national championships.

At present "Turbinist" sport complex has all the conditions for systematic physical training lessons and sport both for "Тurboatom’s" OJSC employees and all comers.

There are possibilities to indulge in such kinds of sport as badminton, basketball, judo, bodybuilding, volleyball, rock climbing, shaping, football.
