The program for retaining workers and young specialists in the production has been developed and executed at the enterprise reflecting the priority guide-lines in manpower policy, personnel management, rejuvenation of personnel stuff which will allow to retain and enroll highly-skilled workers and technical and engineering employees at the enterprise.

During 11 months of 2011 the students and pupils of the Kharkov educational establishments have done practical work  at “Turboatom” OJSC in quantity of 543 persons. 

During 11 months of 2011 92 young specialists have been employed at the enterprise, including 70 persons with complete higher education.

Work on concluding agreements of long-term accumulating insurance is continued to retain the young workers at the enterprise. The agreements were concluded with various technical schools, trade schools (Machine-tool and instrumental trade school NTU "Kharkov Politechnical Institute", Electromechanical trade school KNAME) of training, practical work and assigning to the enterprise the skilled young workers required for the enterprise .

In conformity with mutual order of “Turboatom” OJSC and NTU "Kharkov Politechnical Institute" № 16 dated 11.04.07 it was established chairs’ branch offices, it was arranged rooms where practical lessons, consultations and presentations of diplomas on specialties required for the enterprise are held.

In conformity with "Provision of remuneration of labour of the young specialists" additional pays-out are granted in amount of up to 50 % of official salary – 102 persons.

One of the important line of the Program is cooperation with the State Employment Office.

The agreements are concluded with the Kharkov Regional Employment Centre as for training of personnel for the enterprise at the costs of the Employment Office and employ employees at subsidized workplaces.

During 11 months of 2011 49 persons for working specialties were employed according to Employment Offices assignments. 28 persons have passed training according to Employment Offices assignments.

The plant newspaper "Тurboatom" shows arrangements and work results as to training of personnel and young specialists.
