OJSC "Turboatom" supplied spare parts for HPP Thak Ba (Vietnam)
In the end of 2009 OJSC "Turboatom" concluded the contract of the delivery spare parts for hydroturbines HPP Thak Ba. "Turboatom" will make broaden capital repairs of Kaplan turbine with unit capacity 37 MW and with diameter of runner 4, 5 m.
On the 4th of February 2010 at OJSC "Turboatom" was the meeting of shareholders. There were 14 issues on the agenda, including the report of the management about financial-economic results of "Turboatom’s" activity in 2009, the report of Supervisory board and Auditing committee about work in 2009.

On the 5th of February 2010 Frunze region court of Kharkov denied satisfying action demands of cit. I.P. Olhovskiy (since 02.06.2006 to 23.05.2007 had the position of the Deputy General Director on Staff, routine and Social Issues), demanded to reinstate him on his job and exact from OJSC "Turboatom" average monthly salary for the time of forced absence.

OJSC "Turboatom" resumed balance of the work for 2009
OJSC "Turboatom" finished 2009 year with the pure profit in the capacity of 125, 7 Million hryvnas. The real volume of the enterprise for 2009 year is 697,5 Million hryvnas with the plan – 467 Million hryvnas, the implementation is 149,3% with growth rate to the relevant period of 2008 year - 174%.
OJSC "Turboatom" hold regular General meeting of shareholders
The 4th of February 2010 by the demand of minor shareholder OJSC "Turboatom" LLC KUA "Svarog Esset Management" (owns more than 10% of assessed fund) management of the enterprise hold stockholders' meeting. There were 14 issues on the agenda.
On January 2010 marketable product was made by the workshops of the enterprise to the sum of more than 12 Million hryvnas. Marketable product was dispatched to the sum of about 150 Million hryvnas.
