September 19, 2011 in Kharkiv Regional State Administration on the occasion of the Kharkiv region General Director of OJSC "Turboatom" Victor Subbotin was awarded the honour of the President of Ukraine - the jubilee medal "20 ​​Years of Independence of Ukraine."
