In June 2011 OJSC “Turboatom" completed manufacturing and provided to customer Low Pressure Rotor, Low Pressure Blade Carrier, Diaphragm, Parts of Turbine and Control System of Mechanical Quantities for unit No 8 Kurakhovskaya TPP. In July, the equipment will be shipped to the plant.

Increasing of technical level of blades production is one of the main tasks of manufacturing of OJSC "Turboatom". Each year plant invests in upgrading of blade manufacturing equipment, purchase of new tools and developing new technologies.

23 June 2011 at Aksu TPP (Kazakhstan) held a ceremonial commissioning of unit No 2 with turbine K-325-23, 5 made by OJSC "Turboatom". Power unit was put into commercial operation, regarding this appropriate certificate was signed.

OJSC “Turboatom" carried out functional tests of runner of hydro turbine for Kanev HPP (station number No 8).

15-16 June, OJSC "Turboatom" participated in the International scientific-practical forum "Intelligent design. Lifecycle Management of complex engineering objects" in Nizhny Novgorod (Russia). The company was represented by the Chief Engineer of Steam and Gas Turbines Victor Shvetsov.

Modernization of the universal milling machine 65A90. At this stage of the works on the installation, then the machine completely assemble and debug, and next month will be put into operation.

In June 2011 OJSC "Turboatom" has contracted to supply capacitors to block № 1 of the Kalinin NPP.

At "Turboatom" continues program execution to secure the workers and young professionals in the workplace.

In May on OJSC “Turboatom” produced marketable products worth 101.5 mln., Shipped - at 100.6 million UAH.

In the range of program of technical re-equipment OJSC "Turboatom" in June 2011 shop machnining and welding manufacture (No72) implemented installation for automatic power arc welding RM-16 (Ukraine).
