At OJSC "Turboatom" was accepted the collective agreement for 2010

On the 18th of February 2010 at OJSC "Turboatom" was hold the conference of the staff, at which was resumed the performance of the collective agreement at 2009 and was accepted the collective agreement for 2010.

With main reports at the conference spoke General Director of OJSC "Turboatom" Victor Subbotin and the Chairman of Trade Union Committee Grigoriy Moshenskiy. In front of turbo - constructers spoke the Chairman of Kharkov Region Trade Union Committees of mechanical engineering staff and metal-working manufacturing Valeriy Kurochka.

In the conference took part 355 delegates, representatives of all workshops and departments of the enterprise.

Victor Subbotin called the agreement of 2009 efficient and emphasized that last year with common efforts was done successfully the main task - was ensured the fulfillment of basic technical – economical characteristics of the enterprise and also the programs of  social development and technical rearmament of "Turboatom".

Special attention in 2009 was for the questions of the production quality at all stages of production activity – from designing to delivery. "Turboatom" confirmed compliance to international standard of quality ISO 9001: 2008 and got conformed certificate.

One of the priority activity directions of the collective agreement for 2009 was social sphere and manpower policy of the plant. From the beginning of the year at the enterprise were accepted 520 persons, between them - 373 labors, 93 - office employees. Employee turnover reduced more than twice.

In 2009 at "Turboatom" salary increased with growth rate to 2009 119%, minimum wage increased from 685 to 750 hryvnas. Average wage at the plant today is 2600 hryvnas, at production workers – 3925 hryvnas.

With the bounds of the program of social – economical development OJSC "Turboatom" the staff of the plant every month had pecuniary aid. Costs for benefits, compensations, incentive pays are about 3 Million hryvnas, including the delivery of workers from the second shift 50 – per cent of pay the fare of the plant workers, living in suburb.

Besides, complex of measures were done on labor protection, including repairs of exhaust ventilation, updating of nitriding furnaces, equipment of water procedure rooms, providing the staff of determined category personal protection equipment and others. For these aims were transferred more than 5 Million hryvnas.

The main task of the collective agreement of 2010 is performance of plan target, increasing of implementation output volume, urgent is questions of technical rearmament and updating of the equipment, increasing the stock of orders and also carrying out social guarantees.

As pointed out Grigoriy Moshenskiy, all sections and conditions of the main document, determined social - labor relations between employer and the staff in 2009, were done completely.

In his turn Valeriy Kurochka thanked the staff "Turboatom" for constructive labor and pointed that the plant workers made worth contribution in developing engineering area of the country and continue this good tradition.
