On the 4th of February 2010 at OJSC "Turboatom" was the meeting of shareholders. There were 14 issues on the agenda, including the report of the management about financial-economic results of "Turboatom’s" activity in 2009, the report of Supervisory board and Auditing committee about work in 2009.

Inspite of the fact that the meeting of the shareholders hold in normal work situation, the management of OJSC "Turboatom" is worried about the situation that happens round the enterprise.

The day before holding common meeting of the shareholders Economic court of Kharkov region took the assessment, forbidding register distribution of shareholders for holding the meeting on the 4^th of February.

Besides, it can’t be but worry the behavior of Allukrainian depositary of capital issues (ADCI), which on the 3^rd of February refused to give to the representatives of "Turboatom" shareholders register. ADCI staff in every way delayed the time waiting the assessment of Economic court of Kharkov region, which came to ADCI only in the end of working day by fax.

All this attests that against OJSC "Turboatom" is planning next raider combination, directing to the discredit of the staff and the management of the plant.

The management of OJSC "Turboatom" assures the public that it will not let next turn of raider attacks and make every effort that the enterprise continues stable and successful work. In order to warn illegal actions against OJSC "Turboatom", the management of the enterprise is going to address openly to Secretariat President of Ukraine, Cabinet Council of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, and Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine. Conforming letters also will be directed to the Fund of Government Property and to Government commission of capital issues and stock market.

OJSC "Turboatom" thanked to the shareholders of the plant, having taken part in the common meeting on the 4^th of February 2010 and also to the representatives of regional and Ukrainian Mass Media for objective treatment of the events, happening round the enterprise.
