Frunze region court of Kharkov denied satisfying action demands of I.P. Olhovskiy

On the 5th of February 2010 Frunze region court of Kharkov denied satisfying action demands of cit. I.P. Olhovskiy (since 02.06.2006 to 23.05.2007 had the position of the Deputy General Director on Staff, routine and Social Issues), demanded to reinstate him on his job and exact from OJSC "Turboatom" average monthly salary for the time of forced absence.

With corresponding action I.P.Olhovskiy went to the law in August 2007.

The reason of discharge of cit. Olhovskiy was the gross violation by him of his position obligations, entailed by temporarily disorganization of the enterprise work in the 27^th of May 2007. This day was the attempt of raider capture OJSC "Turboatom". Two groups of unknown persons penetrated into the territory of the plant, which by their action blocked the work of the enterprise administration, besides demanding to give them the seal and authorized documents of OJSC "Turboatom".

During the sessions Olhovskiy I.P. said that he had nothing to do with what had happened and the penetration to the territory of the plant of unknown persons was the consequences of improper execute their position duties of security officers and motor transport workshop of the enterprise. But the court had another opinion.

Having learned all circumstances of the case and having heard all the parties’ opinions of the process, Frunze region court made the decision to deny in satisfying action demands sit. Olhovskiy completely.
