"Newspaper po-Charkovski" demolished unfairness of information about OJSC "Turboatom", having published before

On the 4th of February 2010 in the "Newspaper po-Charkovski" №5 (168) was published the official demolish of untrue information about OJSC "Turboatom" activity, which spread this edition in March 2009 №9 (121) in the article "There is a profession – to defalcate Native land".

In this edition was asserted that the administration of the enterprise under the direction of General Director Victor Subbotin runs OJSC "Turboatom" ineffectively and uses its financial resources only for own enrichment.

On the 3^rd of March 2009 OJSC "Turboatom" filed an action to the court about business reputation and demolish of spread inadequate information to LLC "Press-Centr-Kharkov".

On the 12^th of May 2009 the Economic court of Kharkov region accepted the decision to satisfy action demands of OJSC "Turboatom" in full.

But the defendant didn’t accept this decision and filed appeal to the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine (SECU) with the application to cancel the decision of the court of original jurisdiction and stop proceeding in business.

On the 29^th of September 2009 by SECU determination this complaint was satisfied partly and the case was committed for a new consideration in the Economic court of Kharkov region. Four sessions were hold by the court, which the defendant ignored completely. 

That’s why, having learned the materials of the case and heard the position of OJSC "Turboatom", the 11^th of January 2010 the Economic court of Kharkov region repeatedly obligated the defendant LLC "Press-Centr-Kharkov" to demolish unfairness of information in the official publication of the edition "Newspaper po-Charkovski".
