OJSC "Turboatom" was visited by the representatives of Itochu Corporation (Japan)

On the 25th of January 2010 OJSC "Turboatom" was visited by the representatives of Itochu Corporation. Having good look at manufacturing capabilities and technological processes, the guests high appraised potential and technical level of "Turboatom".

During the visit parties conducted negotiations and considered outlooks of reciprocal cooperation. First of all Itochu was interested in cooperation with "Turboatom" in the range of hydropower, particularly in continuation of building Dnestr HPSPP. Parties also discussed outlooks of delivering turbine and auxiliary equipment for building and operating TPP and HPP of Ukraine and other countries.

OJSC "Turboatom" is ready to consider offers of Itochu Corporation according to implementation common projects in the range of the power manufacturing engineering.

Reference: The first hydro set of Dnestr HPSPP was put into experimental-industrial operation on the 22^nd of December 2009.
