The aim of realizing right of stockholders for information and also providing promptness in its receive by stockholders and other interested persons, OJSC “Turboatom” uses such means of information:
- Giving document information for knowledge of place destination of Company;
- Disclosure of information through means of mass media;
- Informing through Internet;
- Informing through public performance and also during meetings of officials of company with stockholders and other interested persons.
According to “Provisions about order of giving information to stockholders of OJSC “Turboatom””, confirmed by Management of company the stockholders have the right to get acquainted with annual balances, records of Company about its financial-economic activity and other information on place destination of OJSC, telephone for information: 349-23-69.
Company according to current legislation every year reports to stockholders on results of financial-economic activity through report publication in official printed additions, particularly for 1999-2002-in bulletin “Marketable investments of Ukraine” (No 40-41 dated 18.10.2000, No120 (223) dated 28.05.2001, No129-130 dated 07.06.2002, No130 (813) dated 06.05.2003), information according to results of financial – economic activity for 2003 was put on Web-site of “Ukrainian invested newspaper” - www.investgazeta.net, for 2004 – 2006 – on Web-site www.tribuna.net.ua, for 2007-2009 and quarterly information for 2010 - www.stockmarket.gov.ua
