OJSC "Turboatom" is making payment of dividend under work results of Company.

The payment of dividends is:

Shareholders-physical persons - weekly, every Wednesday - at the box office for 3 manufacturing sites of the company.

You should have a passport, and shareholders who have not received dividends from previous years - a passport and a photocopy of the "Help" from the State Tax Administration identification number.

For dividends to shareholders of the Company prior to contact:

• individuals - to the Corporate Governance Department of OJSC "Turboatom" on the phone: 349-22-98, 349-20-69.
• legal persons - in writing (with a statement indicating the receipt of dividends bank details) to the postal address Company: Moskovskiy avenue, 199, Kharkov, 61037, Ukraine.

Also, if you wish at any - time shareholders, former employees and shareholders-individuals who are not employees of the enterprise can receive dividends or money order to the account (indicating full name of the bank, MFO, bank code, account holder and the funds) by sending us a statement to receive dividends in any form and copy of ID (according to the Tax Code of Ukraine № 2756-VI of 02.12.2010 town) noting how transfer
