OJSC “Turboatom” implements payment of dividends for totals of work for 2009.
According to decisions of general meeting of stockholders of OJSC “Turboatom” dated 04.02.2010 on results of activity OJSC “Turboatom” for 2009 are counted dividends for one stock – 10, 416 kop.
The date of dividend inventory is 04.03.2010.
On March 2010 OJSC “Turboatom” in full volume counted to state budget of Ukraine dividends for 2009 on state part in legal capital in sum of 33 Million 103 thous. 569 hryvnas.
All stockholders - staff of OJSC “Turboatom” got dividends for 2009 in full volume.
Payment of dividends for 2009 is made to stockholders-individuals – every week, on Wednesdays – in cash reserve at the 3rd production ground of the enterprise. One should have passport and Xerox copy of “Certificate” from State Tax Administration about appropriation of identifying code.

- Legal persons – in written form (with application of getting dividends with indicating bank requisites ) by mail of the Company: Moskovskiy avenue, 199, Kharkov, 61037, Ukraine.
Also by desire at any time stockholders-ex staff and stockholders-individuals, who are not the staff of the enterprise can get dividends by money transfer or transaction account (pointing full name of bank, MFO, bank code, transaction account and nominee, who gets costs), directed to our address the application of getting dividends in arbitrary form and copy of identifying code (according to the Law of Ukraine “About tax from individuals” No889-IV dated 22.05.2003), pointing method of transferring.
