Manpower training

At "Turboatom" OJSC manpower training is arranged in accordance with the standard of enterprise  "Arrangement of manpower skills training", regulations of "Manpower skill training at manufacture" and plan of training and advanced training of manpower, developer in accordance with production demand for skilled personnel and approved by the order of General Director.

Skills training of the enterprise personnel is a continuous process and it is conducted over the whole labour activity for the purpose of enlarging and extending knowledge, workmanship and skills according to manufacturing requirements.

Skills training work of the personnel at "Turboatom" OJSC is arranged by Personnel Department mutually with subdivisions according to standard acts  in education, labour etc.

Annually 200-220 workers have training in different occupations.

A particular consideration is given to personnel training who are engaged in manufacturing and inspection of the certified products : turners, turner-borers, rotary turners, millers, electric welders, flaw detection inspectors, inspectors of Technical Control Department.  

For 11 months of 2011 for such occupations it has been  trained 553 persons including 89 persons of machine operators where.

Every employee of the enterprise one time per 5 years and employees who are engaged in manufacture of the certified products : machine operators , electric welders, flaw detection inspectors, inspectors, heat-treaters one time per 3 years have training at different advanced training courses.

Annually 650-750 persons upgrade professional skills.

For 11 months of 2011 634 persons have upgraded professional skills (399 workers and 235 officers).

The young employees of the enterprise also upgrade the technical skills studying in higher educational establishments and technical schools without breaking labour activity.

At present 293 persons are studying in higher educational establishments including 19 persons who are studying at the enterprise’s expenses.

Annually the individual agreements between the enterprise and educational establishments are concluded for training the specialists for a special purpose who have high and specialized secondary education.

For the purpose of training manpower “Turboatom” OJSC cooperates with the Regional Employment Center concluding agreements for training employees at the expenses of the Regional Employment Centre.
