Manpower policy is filling by new content: along with high salary important key is introduction to enterprise the long-term accumulating insurance program (for 10-25 years). OJSC “Turboatom” cooperates with basic education establishments Kharkov Polytechnic Institute, Ukrainian Engineering-Educationally Academy, Kharkov National University of Economy, Kharkov National University of Radio Electronic, Kharkov Machine-Building College and others. For the purpose of further increase of efficiency of work with employees the Program of assigning workers and fledgelings at manufacture, reducing of fluctuation of personnel, rejuvenation of personnel was developed. The program will provide professional convenience, complex system of employee efficiency and create controlling mechanism. Methods of its realization and persons in charge for itsexecution were defined. Respect to every employee was put on the first place. |
