Under his management plant "survived" in the years of economic crisis, and starting with 1996 annually it was increasing production volumes by 10-15%. Since 2006 he is a deputy of Ukraine of 5th convocation, Honorary General Director, Candidate of Technical Science, Honored Mechanician of Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine.
