Central Works Laboratory has possibilities to make chemical analysis of carbon and alloyed steels,alloys on copper, alluminium and nickel bases; to determine the content of nitrogen and oxigen in metal; for test of mechanical properties of metals and elements including at increased temperatures; for ultrasonic, magnetic, eddy current, capillary, radiography control of castings and weld joints including large elements; to control the products quality under the following criterias: heat resistance, long-term endurance, creep strength, relaxation stability, determination of guaraneed characteristics of heat resistance for a given period of durability applying modern programmed methods.
