There are capabilities for producing the castings made of carbons steels, stainless and special steels with weight up to 4000 kg. The melting of all the needed grades of steel with microalloying and metal treatment by oxygen and inert gases is mastered. They use chemically harderning sands for making moulds and cores. Thermal resistant lining and painting of moulds, cores are applied for burn-on prevention.

The enterprise has the equipment for thermal and chemical-thermal treatment of turbine parts, for that there are furnaces with rolled out hearth of dimensions up to 5,5 x 13 m. The shaft furnace of diameter 8 m is used for internal strain releasing after welding of hydroturbines runners. System of instruments and automation provides regulation and fixing of heat treatment regimes.
